Lori was phenomenal. We were moving from out of town and had a short weekend to come and visit properties. Lori worked with us to narrow down our choices, lined up a packed few days of property visits, and took us back to visit 'the one' on several occasions. She understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us get to know the area by showing us a diverse set of homes. We recently sold our house with Lori and had an exceptionally positive experience from start to finish. Lori works extremely hard and goes above and beyond to ensure that every detail is attended to in a timely fashion. She worked tirelessly to make sure we were prepared when we put our house on the market, juggling all the many aspects of the transaction with grace and ease. Lori has a keen eye for design and is attentive to every detail. She designed every aspect of the staging of our home and provided many staging items from her own collection. Lori has a very deep and wide understanding of the local markets and possesses up to date information about the status of houses at each stage of the market. She has great relationships with the other agents in the area. She is a keen observer and accurately anticipates how each step will play out for all types of properties. Her sense of timing for listing, price, and marketing for our house turned out to be exactly right. In sum, Lori is the consummate professional. She is a great communicator and always available.
